AUSTRAK is dedicated to safeguarding the privacy and security of those whose personal information we handle. We recognise the importance of safeguarding personal data that we acquire or receive and managing it in line with the Data Protection Act 2018.
This notice’s objective is to tell you about how we collect and use (handle) your personal data during and after your contact with us, in compliance with applicable Data Protection Laws.
REFUND POLICY
The CLIENT understands that the government, not the AUSTRAK, has sole authority over the granting of a visa or status, as well as the time required to process this application. Furthermore, the CLIENT understands that the AUSTRAK’s professional costs are non-refundable in the event of an application denial or rejection.
The CLIENT acknowledges that the payments paid are solely for immigration-related services, and that any refund will be restricted to the amount paid. Unearned fees (if any) will be returned within 30 calendar days using the same mode of payment as received or an other method if the CLIENT provides one.
The CLIENT accepts that the earned professional fee is non-refundable if the CLIENT chooses to terminate this Agreement prior to or after submitting the application to the relevant governing body or during processing.
The CLIENT promises to treat the AUSTRAK with respect and professionalism. Of the event of a change in attitude, the AUSTRAK reserves the right to terminate this agreement without refunding any earned fees paid by the CLIENT, as long as the termination does not cause the CLIENT any harm.
- Should the CLIENT be unsuccessful for any reason outlined by the Government Body, including criminal reasons, health problems, forging or presenting false documents to the AUSTRAK, not adhering to the governing body Regulations and Conditions, not submitting the necessary documents to the governing body required, not attending the medical examination and/or the interview, not speaking fluently in English where applicable during the interview, not responding cordially to the governing body, not adhering to the governing body Regulations and Conditions. The CLIENT will not hold the AUSTRAK liable in any way, and the AUSTRAK’s earned professional fees will not be refunded.
